If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All items must be returned unaltered, unworn and in salable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. If it is not possible to ship the item back, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs Authority.
If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at email@example.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
